Job Summary:
Havenly Showers is a leading provider of premium shower products and installs. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative operations at our Chattanooga, TN location. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing logistics, inventory, and day-to-day operations, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office logistics, including scheduling appointments, vendor management, coordinating meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain customer and inventory records
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
- Oversee scheduling management for meetings, appointments, and events such as trade shows
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office/operations management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
